I sincerely hope you are not someone who would "misuse" that information in any way (either intentionally or inadvertently). I'm fairly certain, although not fully sure, you're not some kind of federal investigator (looks like you graduated high school in 2007, anyway - so probably not likely). Howver, you really need to make sure you don't do something stupid like, for example, pay for your purchase with the wrong type credit card - that could be bad... After all - if the feds were to investigate the purchase of illegal goods from a country on the banned list using credit card transaction records (errmmm... "MasterCard") - that certainly would not be good for you.

I think it's still pretty unclear, but there seems to be traction recently with the feds at least paying some kind of attention to transactions with countries like Cuba - and at least some link to on-line cigar communities. I personally know investigators are always looking for weak links to aid in expediting an investigation - AND - If they were to find out a teenager made an illegal purchase of this sort - being somewhat naive and awestruck by a federal investigation - Investigators could, say, press you for details about where you got your information, right? You wouldn't lie to them, would you? I'm sure they'll tell you, but you do know that is illegal in and of itself to lie to investigators, right? That would be grounds for federal charges - and certainly would provide some measure of leverage for them....

So if you were to - let's say - lie to them and tell them you just did an internet search for the information - and they were to somehow find out that you in fact PM'd members of this board and exchanged information about how "legit" your source was - that would mean someone on this board aided and abetted you making the illegal purchase...

Personally - this seems to me to be an awfully selfish act to come onto this board and specifically ask for that information. And then to be granted that "privilege" within your first couple of posts. Interesting...

I'm pretty doggone sure I'm not alone in the belief that I would hate for something nonsensical like this to come back on this community and Rod. That's why the rules were created... :whistling:

Hell George I can't even get that kind of info, and I've been here for a minute. I find it VERY doubtful ANYONE would give him any info what so ever after 4 posts!

That's ok, if the feds contact me asking for IP information and logs of the requesting party I'll gladly turn them over. Who am I not to comply with federal law? If you want to partake in discussing illegal activities, do so at your own risk. If it's seen again here, you'll be suspended or banned.

The reaosn i asked for a source verification on this site was because a fellow brother told me that this forum was very knowledgeable in those areas so i've eben lurking for a few months like the creature of the blue lagoon.

As for me, and who i am.

My name is bob, i graduated from college about 1.5 years ago.

I would NEVER use sources in any way that would dissapoitn the BOTL that gave it to me. Further, the same goes for anyone who verified a source that had both items i was looking for "in stock". I am very appreicative to those who helped me learn that this particular source was terrible to deal with (although legit).

I thank those BOTL's for saving me the headache because until now i have been getting isoms from trusted inside sources with the exception of my first box purchase 1 week ago.

I have been smoking cigars for about 8 months now and the slope is anihilating me. my father was a big time smoker and its rubbed off on me ever since i picked up golf.

I want to re-itterate that i would never use a source for the wrong reasons and that i respect and abide by all rules and wishes set forth by this board.

I really hope that those who were offended will accept my apologies because they are sincere. I honestly came here because i heard that it was a good forum with alot of knowledge about ____.

With that being said, don't count me out.

My first post may have been a little daring considering my post count but please trust that i am an intellegent human being that would never risk or damage another BOTL's rep or life over a source (or anything for that matter)

You apparently already know what this community has to offer to someone like you, as you've so eloquently described in your post to the community.

My question to you... what do YOU have to offer to this community. That will be the true measure of whether or not you should stick around.
