lucky for him, living in a modern world and all, natural selection has slowed down significantly these days....

way back when, he'd have been a prime example of "survival of the fittest"

seriously though....how dumb can you get?! these people deserve to pay those prices if they are honestly that stupid!

I thought Fuente dealers weren't allowed to sell Opus X on the net ???

I dont think Cigar Bid is an authorized dealer even though Cigars International may be. I also think they treat both companies as seperate entities. So in a way its like finding something and putting it on e-bay! Who knows. Maybe with that price they get a kick-back!!!

There seem to be alot of business practices regarding the Opus that "officially" the Fuentes are against though they don't seem to enforce them much.

Anyone else want a $32 Opus Super Beli?

Newbie here. What would be an appropriate price?

grassy-ass.

MSRP is something like $10 but you'll most likely find them in the range of $12-$15/per.

Thanks Rob, I've been trying to stay away from Cigarbid lately but after I opened up the auction link I started searching and bidding again! I guess it only takes the alcoholic one drink to fall off the wagon...

Oh thats not a bad price . . . he will make up for it through volume.

What a frigg'n dummy!

must be the owner of that farm where the money grows on trees. :p

Good grief, those Anejos are up to $25 a piece for a fiver!

These two examples are exactly why I will not use CBid anymore. CBid and Cigars International are the exact same company even though they do not "acknowledge" each other on their respective websites). Now obviously, CI got some Anejos and OpusX in. Instead of putting them on their site for sale, they put them on CBid because they KNOW they can get 3-5x MSRP. They do this with Padron Anniversarios as well.

Both addys taken from the contact page of respective websites. This just reeks of gouging yet they do it in an "auction" to cover up the fact that they are "gouging" and the idiots who bid these up do not help the situation. If more people were aware of MSRP this wouldn't happen. It's been said before: DO NOT SUPPORT PRICE GOUGERS. CI knows full well what they are doing here.

I got this info off another board but the contact info is a good resource.
Kieth is the owner, and Brandon is the Sales Manager. Maybe if enough people say something they may stop these practices. Who knows...
